Website Information

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and to describe We Can Change IT’s capabilities, services, projects, education programs, speaking activities, and related work.

Website content should not be considered a substitute for a written scope of work, proposal, contract, security assessment, professional recommendation, or other engagement-specific documentation.

No Service Relationship Created

Visiting this website, submitting a contact form, sending an email, requesting information, or discussing a potential project does not by itself create a consulting, customer, attorney-client, fiduciary, employment, or other professional relationship.

Services are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, agreement, authorization, or other written engagement documentation.

INFORMATION SECURITY

Cybersecurity and Penetration Testing

Submitting a penetration-testing or cybersecurity inquiry does not authorize We Can Change IT to access, scan, test, probe, exploit, assess, or interact with any system.

Active cybersecurity testing requires:

  • appropriate authorization
  • clearly defined scope
  • agreed testing boundaries
  • identification of authorized systems or environments
  • appropriate engagement documentation

We Can Change IT will not treat a website form submission as authorization to conduct security testing.

Educational Cybersecurity Content

This website may discuss cybersecurity concepts, penetration testing, security tools, vulnerabilities, threat research, labs, or related technical topics.

Such information is intended for legitimate, defensive, educational, professional, or authorized testing purposes.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any cybersecurity activity they perform is authorized and lawful.

Do not use website information to access, test, interfere with, damage, or compromise systems without authorization.
